Our Story

After moving their family from the PNW to Idaho Falls, PJ and Angela began building a space rooted in craftsmanship, conversation and great coffee.

PJ discovered his love for coffee while serving in the Army and eventually became known for rebuilding and repairing espresso machines throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Angela previously owned and managed a coffee shop, but always wanted to create one from the ground up. She’s meticulously designed the space to feel warm, inviting, and personal.

Together, they’re building Justified to be a place where people can slow down, gather, and experience coffee made with real care and intention.
